Shipping Policy

This policy explains how and when your order is processed, shipped and delivered.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. If there is a significant delay we will contact you by email.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order. They are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or weather.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, based on your destination and the items in your cart.
Order tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Lost, delayed or undelivered orders
- If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses — please double-check your details at checkout.
- If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Customs and duties
For international orders, any customs fees, taxes or import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price or shipping cost.
